Newblog2011: 07/21/11 Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention/The Office's National Conference in National Harbor, Maryland October 12-14, 2011/The Office using charter schools as code to endorse molestation AND ALSO additional abuse of girls by implying that sexual abuse is the way to prevent girls' delinquency
Yesterday, on the blog page 5. Newblog2011: 07/20/11 Masonichip International/The Center for Missing and Exploited Children, I noted that the first page of the website for the Center for Missing and Exploited Children had a section at the end that said:

I went to the website for the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, Office of Justice Programs, U.S. Department of Justice yesterday and saw a graphic with a star in rainbow colors on the first page that said that the OJJDP will be having its National Conference in National Harbor, Maryland. I've put that in bold print:
“Registration Now Open!
OJJDP’s National Conference
October 12- October 14, 2011
National Harbor, Maryland”
The star in rainbow colors is next to those words. Below the star it says:
“CHILDREN’S JUSTICE & SAFETY
Unite-Build-Lead”
Today, I tried to transfer the page to my WordPress blog, but the ad didn’t make it along with the text.
Here’s some of what it says in the “In Focus” section of the first page of the OJJDP’s website:
OJJDP works to prevent gang involvement, girls' delinquency, and underage drinking.
OJJDP assists victims of child abduction and commercial sexual exploitation.
Notice how it says that it’s focused on preventing “girls’ delinquency.” There’s not one word on the entire first page of the website about preventing violence by boys; of course there isn’t, because the focus as directed by the Obama administration is not only to encourage boys and men to abuse, rape and murder women and children, it is to demand that everyone participate in and encourage the abuse, rape and murder of women and children or be attacked for refusing to do so or for objecting to that agenda.
I followed the link from where it says “girls delinquency.” The first part of that page highlights the code in favor of the molestation of children and teens. Look where it says: “The Girls Study Group-Charting the Way to Delinquency Prevention for Girls,” and that the OJJDP is “in the process of publishing drawing on its research findings.”
It’s code for charter schools, that have been getting abused as code for pushing the agenda of molestation; I just talked about that on July 19, 2011, on my blog page “2. Newblog2011: Charter Schools, Goldman Sachs and Congress.”

Bulletins Feature Girls Study Group Research
Few studies have examined which girls become delinquent or why; and little is known about how well girls respond to interventions that have been traditionally designed with boys in mind. The Girls Study Group—Charting the Way to Delinquency Prevention for Girls describes the founding of OJJDP's Girls Study Group and the series of bulletins that OJJDP is in the process of publishing drawing on its research findings.

The whole page is a joke. Here's a specific joke; it's the last sentence of the next paragraph on that page of the website. I've put the joke in bold print:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"The creation of the Study Group was the concrete result of OJJDP's intent to conduct a seminal study of girls and delinquency."
