5. Newblog2011: 09/19/11 The New York Times/The Museum of Fine Arts, Lynde Family Wing
I only looked briefly at the front page of the New York Times yesterday, but it seems to me that the newspaper took advantage of me yesterday.
I don’t support child molestation, or any of the other issues that I've said I'm against, and I don’t want to be associated with anyone or anything that does support those issues, if I can help it.
If there are times when I call the New York Times’ reader comment line, it’s because I am sometimes a reader of the New York Times, it’s a toll-free number, and I’m within my rights to leave a comment there. Also, there are times when I leave a message there in order to mitigate the effects of things I have to leave uncompleted, typos that I can't fix until the next day, and other things that I think are likely to be misinterpreted and/or maliciously misrepresented by the harassing conglomerate, with effects that start as soon as I publish something on the Internet. I have limited Internet access, and there are times when I leave messages at the reader comment line to make up for that fact, even though, as I've said before, it doesn't compensate for my lack of Internet access and is a very imperfect way to communicate.
I'm not a schemer, and I have to question a newspaper that calls me one when it says nothing about the fact that Brian Williams at NBC committed fraud to cover up for the fact that he used my idea, and that the government has been trying to intimidate me into saying that that's not what happened. ALL of the harassing conglomerate knows that Mr. Williams committed fraud, and all of that conglomerate has, at one time or another, supported him while calling me a slut and a liar.
The Museum of Fine Arts in Boston has also just committed a major violation, not just of me, but of a lot of people. I have already seen the ads it has around town, at bus stops for example, for its Linde Family Wing For Contemporary Art. The ads show a wall mural that's in rainbow colors. I had seen that already, before the New York Times advertised for it yesterday, and I hadn't had time to talk about it.
The Museum of Fine Arts is not only violating the gay community by appropriating the rainbow symbol of gay pride to promote child molestation, it also seems to be trying to imply that I support and promote child molestation, which I DON'T.
