7. Newblog2011: 08/30/11 Notes I took about businesses that seem to show support for child molestation and sexual harassment around Boston, MA
Notes I took on Sunday, 08/28/11:
--Boston Auto Exchange
Corner of E. Berkeley Street and Washington Street
“Caution” cones out front and along the side—often a lot of them. I've been looking for a time to take notes about the place for a while.
A Mobile Mini storage unit on the lot, next to the building. The storage unit is partially under a metal canopy.
3 cones and a barrel—cut open and wrapped around the poles that support the metal canopy and sewn shut with black plastic ties
--Village Court apartments
Berkeley Street
large parking lot in the middle
a Mobile Mini storage unit in front of a lot of stacks of building insulation that have the brand name "Kingspan" on them. There's a logo of a lion above the name "Kingspan."
--TRAVELEX
Boylston Street
sign in window:
"DON'T GET REJECTED
TAKE CHIP & PIN
THE SMART WAY TO CARRY FOREIGN CURRENCY"
To the left of the captions, there are two cards, one with a Mastercard logo on it which is obscuring part of the second card. The one with the Mastercard logo has a picture of rocks and water on it, with the symbol for the Euro. It also says "CASH PASSPORT." The numbers on the card are:
"5155 2612 3456 7890"
Below the first "5155," there's another, smaller "5155."
The "Valid" date is given as 6/15.
The other card has a picture on it of what looks like Stonehenge.
I have more notes to write about, but I'm going to need to leave it here for today.
