--Yesterday morning, between 5 a.m. and 6 a.m., the new female resident (I'm writing "no code" here ONCE for that), who hasn't stopped trying to give me a rough time since she got here, was rummaging around in the women's dorm for the entire hour. Everyone has to get up at 6:00 a.m., so to have someone in the room making a ton of noise for that entire hour before is really unreasonable. That was in addition to her knocking into the bed; she moved into the bottom bed of the bunk were I have the top bed.
I brought it up to her once, right at 6:00 a.m., that I didn't appreciate her being so inconsiderate, and she said "I won't be here for long!" and walked out of the room. I hadn't been extra polite when I brought it up to her, but she's done nothing but harass me since she moved in.
I tried to talk to her about it again, more calmly, a few minutes before we were all supposed to leave the house at 7:00 a.m.; she said "I'm not interested in having this conversation, what I'm interested in is who stole my pocketbook and (other articles of clothing)," and then she ran out of the room again to go and complain to the staff volunteer.
The staff volunteer happened to be the same guy on the board of directors who had yelled "I found the cheese!" in front of everyone at dinner several weeks ago, and who forced me to look at the definition of a Portuguese Man O' War a couple of weeks ago. I went into the office where the female resident was trying to tell him about her supposedly stolen things, and I explained to him that the first things she'd done when she'd moved in was keep the light on in the room and talk at someone in the room until 11:30 p.m., a half-hour past lights out, and that now that I was trying to talk to her about her behavior in the morning, all she wanted to do was talk about her supposedly stolen stuff.
Obviously, she wants to accuse me of it, because she's done nothing but stalk me and abuse me since she got here; first of all, why would I want her stuff? Second of all, where would I put anything of hers that I would take? I hate that kind of thing; I hate people who act that way.
The volunteer agreed with me that she shouldn't have been ignoring people's need for sleep, and she said she'd try harder. I said "Thank you," and left the office. I went into the office again to say thanks for volunteering and goodbye before I left, and he rubbed his nose at least twice during our conversation.
The male resident whom I've mentioned a few times, who harassed me constantly as soon as he moved here and who took a few days off from doing that while making unsolicited "love of his life" comments around me, who also seems to have a wife around somewhere according to other things he's said, and who has been back to harassing me constantly for weeks now; I now know that his piercing, repetitive, high-pitched, sonorous, stylized cough is what's been introducing the morning to me outside my door for the past several weeks. I heard it soon after 6:00 a.m., looked out the door of the women's dorm, and saw him on the stairs on his way to be going past our door. I said "Was that you?" He said, sneering, "Yeah, it's me; I was choking on a nasty-ass smell, ok?"
I have said this a million times, and I wonder when it's going to occur to people that I DON'T DESERVE THIS!! NOBODY COULD DESERVE THIS!! THE BIGGEST SLUT IN THE WORLD STILL COULDN'T POSSIBLY DESERVE THIS, AND I AM FAR FROM BEING THE BIGGEST SLUT IN THE WORLD OR ANYWHERE NEAR!!
