--The Flood
First of all, I want to say that I know there were people in this town whose lives have been disrupted by the rain and flood that happened last night. I'm sorry that it happened to them, and I hope that they can recover quickly.
Besides that, I have to say that I have derived some enjoyment from the event. "Flooding" in general has been a theme used in a derogatory and false way about me by the big harassers for a year, and since I've been living in this town, comments by some local people have been made every day. And now, they've finally got what they were complaining about.
The shelter that I've lived in really is right next to the river that winds its way through the area. It's between the shelter and the next house over. For much of my stay here, the river has been as dry as a career torturer's eye, and then in one night, The Reckoning occurred.
Either that, or G-d has a hearing problem, as in "I thought the people who kept talking about rain and flooding WANTED those things."
I wouldn't say I'm feeling smug. It would be very unseemly for me to say such a thing.

--More thoughts on the various issues
One thing that happened last night was that some people, including from the shelter, got evacuated to another location. It wasn't until maybe 3:00 a.m. or later that the dislocated babies stopped crying and the dogs stopped barking.
Listening to the kids crying, all I could think was "This is how they would sound, and worse, if they were being abused."
I can't hold out a promise that my writing's going to be available to anyone who's been or who stays involved in all of the issues that I've discussed. The issues are too serious for me to do that.

--More of what the degradation of women means
Yesterday morning, a man I'd run into a few times and always had only pleasant conversation with asked me to spend more time with him. I couldn't have been more polite in saying "no" or more appreciative of the fact that he had flattered me by asking. Almost the next words out of his mouth were about "canoeing."
I have to right to say "no" to someone without being insulted. In addition to being inappropriate and an ungracious response to my polite rejection, his insult is illogical. If I really were such a slut that my vagina were so constantly wet with so much fluid that people could canoe on it, wouldn't I have said "yes" to that guy? Wouldn't I have said "yes" to a lot more people than I've said "yes" to, especially in the past 2 years when a countless number of high profile men have shown their very disrespectful interest in me?

--Racism and lack thereof
I hope that all the black people who read my blog know that I hold the Obamas responsible for their own behavior, and that I don't see them as representative of black America or any group of black people. It seems to me that our political, corporate, media and other systems are so corrupt that only corrupt people can get elected to high office, no matter their color, gender, religion, or any other characteristic.

--News cameras and Vermont Public Radio
--As I was leaving the evacuation shelter this morning with the assistant director of this, non-evacuation shelter that I've been staying in for a couple of months, someone from Vermont Public Radio approached and asked the assistant director if he would give an interview. They made plans for the guy to show up here at the shelter, and then the assistant director called the director and told her about it. She's also here today.
Vermont Public Radio has been a persistent harasser of me for the past year, and I wonder what that interview and its publication are going to be like.
(I'm at the shelter and a male resident sitting behind me hasn't stopped his aggressive, fake, loud coughing for the past several minutes.)
Of course, other news vans also showed up at the evacuation shelter; I don't suppose it has occurred to them that everyone who has been evacuated there might not want to be on camera and publicized throughout the state and probably also the world during what is a difficult time. I don't own the house I'm living in now (guy still loudly coughing behind me), and even if all of my possessions that are in this shelter had been destroyed last night, it wouldn't have been a devastating loss.

--More issues from last night
Last night, when we were all standing on the sidewalk in front of this shelter, I saw the assistant director and I asked him how he was. He said "Wet. Soaking wet."
I could see the cross dangling from the collar of his shirt, even though it was night and the only light was from the streetlights and the lights still on in the shelter behind us. Apparently, he also used to counsel abused women, which I find disturbing.

--Blog Page "From September 27, 2010"
My blog page "From September 27, 2010" discusses what may have been Mrs. Clinton's attempt to subvert a U.N. small arms treaty, and the connection between the White House, NBC, Comcast, and the weapons manufacturing side of General Electric.
That page also discusses some of the other issues which are still problems now, months later.
It was Mrs. Clinton or her aides who started the "flooding in Pakistan" media code for harassment of me, last year. I hope that everyone can understand that the flooding metaphor and others like it are metaphors used as censorship and to discredit people, as much as they are meant to be degrading to women.
There have been and will continue to be women who are willing to participate in the degradation and abuse of other women in order to pursue their own goals. Those women are always at risk of having the degradation and abuse turned on them by the same people who they helped to abuse others.
Participation in the abuse of others will never protect anyone from having the bullies who they helped turn the abuse on them. In fact, it's a guarantee that that will happen, because people who do that have not given either the bullies or people who protest the bullies a reason to hold them in high esteem.

--My blog page entitled “From October 22, 2010”/ President Obama mocks victims of bullying
My blog page entitled “From October 22, 2010” has a lot of information on it. At the end of that blog page was what I was specifically looking for today, which are pictures of a White-House-created Google blog post for the name “Barack Obama” which uses a supposedly anti-bullying speech that President Obama gave in order to mock gays and people who commit suicide after being bullied, and has along the side and the bottom of the page things such as references to the BP oil spill, leaks, the LA Lakers and a large caption that says “I'm Popular You're Not”.
That blog page also shows a website for Joe Biden that has racial slurs below another ad saying "BP Oil Spill Response," more pictures of pedophilia in the Burlington Free Press, attempts by the Burlington Free Press to discredit my lawyer, more harassment comparing me to a Vermont power plant with a "leak," more use of the ECHO/Leahy center "Power Play" ads to support pedophilia and the other issues...
It looks as if I owe Google an apology of sorts. While I never appreciated being called "leak" in any way, it does look as if I originally misinterpreted what Google was trying to do when it put captions referencing "Wikileaks" alongside an article about Sakineh Mohammadi Ashtiani.
After several months of being harassed, I did misinterpret things sometimes.
As with other apologies I could make, I'm afraid to give that apology to Google in case the government and other harassers then go after Google for having tried to be supportive.
I don't think that I misinterpreted Hillary Clinton's bullseye with the arrow in it, though, or much if anything else that I wrote about on my blog page entitled "From October 22, 2010."

As I was sitting here working on this page, one of the male residents who was watching TV in the other room told another one: "There's going to be a lot of money shelled out (for the flood damage," and now they're talking cheeseburgers.
More comments:
"Burger King? Are they getting it all cleaned up around there?"
They know I'm writing about them; should I bother giving them the publicity?
It seems to me that residents of the shelter harassing me is very much in line with what fascist politicians have always done in order to gain support for their attempts to persecute people. Few people are more demoralized in general than people who have been designated homeless. Now those of the residents of this shelter who participate in the harassment and some of the people who work here have someone upon whom to inflict their feelings of low self-esteem.
That's what the big harassers have done, in addition to giving people who probably have very little chance at creating good sex lives for themselves a chance to talk about sex all the time.
