--Here's something that was on the front page of USA Today, which is a national newspaper owned and operated by Gannett news service, which also owns and operates the Burlington Free Press, the Times Argus, and a lot of other newspapers like them throughout the country:
It was a story about how a woman was just acquitted of murdering her daughter. The large print read, first: “How The Case CRUMBLED,” with the first 3 words written in black, and the last word written in red.
Then, it said:
“'In a trial loaded with emotion, jurors found holes in the evidence,'” by Marisol Bello and William M. Welch
There are captions along the front of the page; with “Prosecutors said” written in blue, the response, “But” written in red, and the rest of the words written in black:
“Key Arguments:
Prosecutors said: Anthony suffocated Caylee with duct tape on her mouth and nose.
But: There was no DNA from Anthony on the tape found on Caylee's remains.
Prosecutors said: Anthony wrapped the child's body in a blanket.
But: No fluid from decomposition was found on the blanket, which was with the child's remains.
Prosecutors said: Anthony kept the girl's body in the trunk until it smelled.
But: The defense said the smell came from rotten food in the trunk.”
Right below the article about the case, with the caption that says “The defense said the smell came from rotten food in the trunk,” there's a large ad for Subway. It's the AVOCADOHH ad, which was Subway's response to my discussion of Kris Martin's articles about fishing and similar topics that have frequently been put next to stories about youth sports on the front page of the Sports section of the Times Argus. One of his articles was about “O” and was a very obvious allusion to orgasm, which I reported and which the Boston Globe immediately responded to in favor of Mr. Martin, and which was then also turned into an allusion to President Obama and his campaign to make pedophilia legal and to force it on the public through schools and with the use of the military, the media, the police and apparently any other means at his disposal.
Subway's motto, “Subway Eat Fresh” is in the corner of the ad. The caption next to the picture of the sandwich says:
“Subway restaurants now have avocado! Try avocado on any of your favorites, and try the tasty Turkey & Bacon Avocado. Grab the green before it's gone! Subwayfreshbuzz.com”
It also says at the bottom of the Subway ad:
“Copyright Doctor's Associates Inc. Subway is a registered trademark of Doctor's Associates, Inc. Limited time only at participating restaurants."
Another article, which is alongside the story about the trial, is entitled “Medicaid payments go under the knife: State cuts could add to shortage of doctors,” by Phil Galewitz of Kaiser Health News.
That article is all along the side of the page, and stops above the Subway ad. At the end of the article, there's an added section that says, about Kaiser Health News:
“Kaiser Health News is an independent news source of the Kaiser Family Foundation, a non-partisan health care policy organization. It is not affiliated with Kaiser Permanente.”
I've been meaning to write about Gannett news service, and how insidious and dangerous it is. It is a very large media corporation, but what I was thinking about specifically was the fact that it runs what are supposed to be community-oriented newspapers in many states, and therefore it is likely that all of the things that have been happening in the Burlington Free Press and the Times Argus have also been happening in all of the newspapers in all of the communities for which those newspapers are supposed to provide news and contribute to community support, all across the country.
That means that the campaign for sexual harassment, degradation, child rape and child murder has most likely been happening via those newspapers for as long as it's been happening via the Burlington Free Press and the Times Argus. I haven't looked at The Rutland Herald, but it also seems to be owned by Gannett. It looks as if other newspapers in Vermont may be owned by Gannett, also. I have only a few minutes before I have go, and there was another thing I wanted to say.
The “Kaiser Health News” article was most likely added to the front page of USA Today because I had recently written on Weebly about Kaiser rolls on display at the front entrance to the Price Chopper, and had said that the title of Kaiser was appropriate to the situation because the President is a tyrant. Kaiser is what Hitler was called. To be honest, I don't know if anyone at the Price Chopper was meaning to show support for President Obama or not, but I did think it was an accurate descriptive term for him, given how he has chosen to spend the last year.
One of the things that I had started to work on before I was in the hospital was some research about the Nazi-American origins of much of the present-day American media. It is likely that much of American media and world media either are directly owned by companies that have Nazi-American origins or are indirectly influenced by or affiliated with such companies, given the nature of media and how it tends to blend ideas from one company to another more than many corporations do. That and takeovers, sales and buyouts; for example, according to Wikipedia, which I sometimes use for quick facts about subjects that I'm already somewhat familiar with, the media corporation Knight-Ridder was the second-largest newspaper publisher in the United States before it was bought by The McClatchy Company on June 27, 2006.
Ridder of Knight-Ridder was an American Nazi during World War II.
