5. Newblog2011: 08/24/11 Bank of America--notes from August 18, 2011
Posters in the front window of the Bank of America on Boylston Street:
--Picture of an Asian man with a caption that says:
"Want to balance today's needs with tomorrow's goals?"
--There's a transparent sign in front of that poster that says:
"MERRILL EDGE
(bull logo)
Bank of America
Corporation"
--A half size poster in the same window says:
"Talk to a Merrill Edge Financial Solutions Advisor
1-888-MER.EDGE or merrilledge.com to get started"
--A half-poster in the next window says:
"Ask me about refreshingly simple cash rewards."
The poster behind it shows a blonde woman with a black stone necklace and a red shirt under a light brown jacket. She's holding a VISA BankAmericard.
The numbers on the card are:
4000 1234 5678 9123
The name on the card is:
CHRIS L. MARTIN
As of August 24, 2011, I've looked at other Bank of America locations around Boston; no matter who's holding the VISA card, all of the cards are the same.
As readers will recall, Chris Martin is a newspaper reporter for the Gannett-owned Times Argus newspaper in the Barre-Montpelier, VT area. His very suggestive articles about fishing and related subjects have been routinely placed next to stories about children of all ages.
