12. Newblog2011: 09/08/11 Boston Public Library--harassment
The harassment of me at the Boston Public Library stayed steady and constant among the relatively small but very loud, rude and unpleasant percentage of people who usually do that here. It's been declining over the past hour or so. Perhaps that is because this is a time of day when people who have spent their day working might be at the library to check their e-mail or do other things online wheras most likely the majority of people who harass me when I'm here during the day have chosen less than completely productive ways to spend their lives.
I finally got really frustrated with how I kept getting pages of notes that I couldn't publish in a day, and I decided to try to get more of it done at once rather than try to splice it in throughout the day, running around to do errands for everything else I ever need to do. I don't have as many crucial errands to get done as I did when I first got to Boston; for example, my glasses broke a couple of weeks ago, and it took 2 weeks to get a pair in my prescription. That's really how it is; you are always on someone else's schedule, and often going all over town to get things done.
There's still harassment of me going on, at this hour. It's just not as bad as it was for most of the time that I was here up until the last hour or so.
