1. Newblog2011: 09/10/11 The Blues Jean Bar/L’Aroma Café/Axelle Fine Arts Gallerie
The Boston Public Library is in Copley Square. It is bounded on one side by Boylston Street. The next street away from the library, parallel to Boylston, is Newbury Street.
I walked up Newbury Street today. One of the things I noticed was this:
In the window of a store called The Blues Jean Bar, there was a chalkboard that said:
“Stella & Dot
Trunk Show
12 – 5”
That store is above L’Aroma Café, which has a sign at the top of its side window that says “Smoothie Possibilities.”
Next to those two stores is the Axelle Fine Arts Gallerie. It had a painting of a woman in high heels walking through a street covered in water.
