I didn't anticipate having to go back to the Department of Libraries this afternoon after I'd been there earlier. I took a break and then, when I went over to the Kellogg-Hubbard public library, I saw that all of the harassing and pedophilic posters were back on both sides of the sign and that the sign was back on the lawn.
Somebody logged out a few minutes early tonight, so I got a chance to sign back in. But, I only have a minute and am too tired to deal with anything, so.....

It seems as if the way that I first created this page was a bad idea. It was true to form of my past mistakes in trying to do things in a few minutes at the end of a long day. I looked at 8:55 p.m., and somehow, the numbers added up to 23 in my mind. I panicked about that, and it only got worse from there.
The moment-by-moment, truthful reporting of the times at which I wrote each additional title for the page started to seem funny to me, but it was a bad joke in a lot of ways. It also didn't seem completely funny, so I hope that people who were offended by it know that; angry, sarcastic humor never happens because of something that the person who's creating it thinks is genuinely funny.
I now have a life that is terrible all the time. Being harassed has prevented me from moving on with that life. I never have real fun anymore, so if my sense of humor sometimes begs for expression at the end of another long, terrible and discouraging day, and then finds expression at a bad time and alongside subject matter that isn't funny, like the issues at the Kellogg-Hubbard Library, all I can say is that I'm only human.
I apologize to anyone who was rightfully offended by my seeming to have forgotten the seriousness of what I was actually writing about.
